CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FOUNDATION PILE WHOSE PILE HEAD IS REINFORCED, FOUNDATION PILE STRUCTURE WHOSE PILE HEAD IS REINFORCED
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a well-balanced foundation pile structure in which a precast pile can be designed with reduced pile head strength, by reinforcing a pile head part of a concrete precast pile by bearing horizontal force and the like according to an outer diameter and thickness of an outer short precast pile.SOLUTION: A foundation pile is constructed by: excavating an axis part 21 and a foot protection part 22 of a pile hole 20 with an excavation rod 31 (a), in a diameter corresponding to an outer diameter of an outer short precast pile 10 with projections 13; forming a foot protection liquid layer 43 and a pile periphery fixing liquid layer 42 by filling the pile hole 20 with cement milk, joining and successively lowering precast piles (concrete-based) 1A, 1B, 1C in the pile hole 20 and embedding the same as a precast pile 1 inside the pile hole 20 (b), (c); and embedding the outer short precast pile 10 (concrete-based) in the upper end of the pile hole 20 so as to cover an outer wall 2 side of the precast pile 1C, and solidifying the pile periphery fixing liquid layers 42, 42a, 42b and the foot protection liquid layer 43, thereby constructing a foundation pile 40 (d).
【課題】外短既製杭の外径及び肉厚に応じて水平力などを負担して、コンクリート系の既製杭の杭頭部の補強し、既製杭の杭頭強度を軽減した設計ができ、バランス良い基礎杭構造とする。【解決手段】突起13付きの外短既製杭10の外径に対応した径で、掘削ロッド31で杭穴20の軸部21及び根固め部22を掘削する(a)。セメントミルクを充填し根固め液層43、杭周固定液層42を形成した杭穴20内に、既製杭(コンクリート系)1A、1B、1Cを連結しながら順次下降して、既製杭1として杭穴20内に埋設する(b)(c)。杭穴20の上端部に、既製杭1Cの外壁2側に被せるように、外短既製杭(コンクリート系)10を埋設して、杭周固定液層42、42a、42b及び根固め液層43が固化したならば、基礎杭40を構成する(d)。【選択図】図1
