The invention discloses a pile core cleaning tool and an application method thereof. The pile core cleaning tool comprises a main rod, a spiral blade, an auxiliary rod and a scraping plate, wherein a drill bit with a spiral blade is arranged at the lower end of the main rod; a scraper plate is arranged at the lower end of the auxiliary rod; the upper end of the auxiliary rod is parallel to the main rod and movably connected to the main rod; when a pile core is cleaned, the spiral blade at the lower end of the main rod is controlled to rotate for cleaning; and after the pile core is cleaned, the auxiliary rod is controlled to move downwards along the main rod, and the spiral blade is cleaned through the scraper plate at the lower end of the auxiliary rod. The auxiliary rod and a scraper knife are additionally arranged on the main rod, so that the rotary blade can be quickly cleaned when a large amount of sludge is accumulated on the rotary blade, the drill bit cleaning work of the cleaning tool is greatly reduced, the pile core cleaning efficiency is improved, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved.
