The invention relates to the field of building construction, and provides an anchor cable treatment and stratum reinforcement integrated method adopting a three-axis mixing pile machine. The three-axis mixing pile machine is used for directly treating anchor cables in the reinforcing process of diaphragm wall groove walls, the anchor cables are twisted off through rotation of a drill bit and a drill rod, and the anchor cables are lifted out of the ground and cut off after being twisted off; after the anchor cables on the drill bit and the drill rod are removed, drilling is continued for mixing and reinforcing till all the anchor cables are removed; and then reinforcing is continued till the designed depth is reached, and stratum reinforcing is completed. The anchor cable treatment and stratum reinforcement integrated method has the advantages that three-axis mixing pile reinforcing and anchor cable treatment are constructed synchronously creatively, the effect of reinforcing a soil layer is achieved while the anchor cables are removed, and the construction safety and quality can be guaranteed under the conditions that the cost is reduced and the construction period is shortened; and compared with traditional anchor cable treatment methods such as manual excavation, steel sleeve hole forming and rotary excavation drilling twisting-off, the anchor cable treatment and stratum reinforcement integrated method has the advantages of being high in construction safety, high in construction progress, low in construction cost and the like.
本发明涉及建筑施工领域,提供了一种采用三轴搅拌桩机的锚索处理与地层加固一体化方法,利用三轴搅拌桩机在地连墙槽壁加固过程中直接处理锚索,通过钻头、钻杆转动将锚索绞断,锚索绞断后将其提出地面并割除;待钻头、钻杆上的锚索清除完毕,继续下钻搅拌加固,直至所有锚索全部清除;然后,继续加固至设计深度,完成对地层的加固。本发明的优点在于:开创性地将三轴搅拌桩加固与锚索处理同步施工,在清除锚索的同时达到加固土层的效果,在降低成本,缩短工期的情况下,能保证施工的安全及质量;与传统锚索处理方法如人工开挖、钢套管成孔、旋挖钻绞断等方式相比较,具有施工安全性高、施工进度快、施工成本低等优点。
