The lower end of the anchor cable assembly is fixedly arranged in the high-pressure jet grouting anchoring section, a center pipeline is arranged in the center of the test foundation pile, and the upper end of the anchor cable assembly extends upwards to the position above the test foundation pile through the center pipeline and is connected with the testing device.
