Building 3D printing head with interlayer reinforcing material
The invention discloses a building 3D printing head with an interlayer reinforcing material. The printing head is used for automatic rapid building construction and comprises a cement mortar extrusion mechanism (1), an interlayer reinforcing material position adjusting mechanism (2) and an interlayer reinforcing material forming mechanism (3), and the interlayer reinforcing material forming mechanism (3) is integrally installed at the lower side of the interlayer reinforcing material position adjusting mechanism (2). The whole printing head is installed on a 3D printing movement device through a connecting platform. 3D printing forming of cement mortar and adding of interlayer reinforcing material spiral steel wires can be conducted at the same time, the connecting strength between layers of the cement mortar is improved, and the printing width of the cement mortar each time can be adjusted. According to the printing head, automatic 3D printing construction of a building can be achieved, the efficiency is high, materials are saved, the building speed is high, manual operation is replaced, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and personalized building according to needs is achieved.
