According to the interlayer reinforcing device based on 3D building printing and the printing method, three different printing nozzles are provided and matched with various types of rivets and magnetic printing materials, the fact that rivet printing is added in building printing to enhance the interlayer relevance is innovatively proposed, the transverse wind resistance and earthquake resistance of a building are improved, and the printing efficiency is improved. The straight-up and straight-down nozzle is labor-saving and efficient, and the double-layer spherical nozzle is provided for overcoming the defects at the junction of fluctuations, corners and wall corners; in order to improve the engineering efficiency, point-face body type printing is converted into face body type printing, magnetic slurry is matched with a template, meanwhile, the problem that a cantilever and a dome cannot be printed can be solved, construction in the environment with water is achieved, and the device is widely applied to engineering structure printing and has wide engineering practical significance and application prospects.
本发明提供了基于3D建筑打印的层间加固装置及打印方法,提出三种不同的打印喷头,配合多种形式铆钉及磁性打印物料,创新地提出了在建筑打印中加入铆钉打印增强层间的关联性,提高建筑物横向抗风抗震性能,直上直下式喷嘴省力高效,为改善在起伏、转角、墙角汇交处的不足,提出了双层球状喷嘴;为提高工程效率,由点面体式打印转化为面体式打印,利用磁性浆液配合模板,同时可解决悬臂、穹顶无法打印的问题,实现在带水环境下的施工,其广泛应用于工程结构打印,具有广泛的工程实践意义及应用前景。
