Steel rail grinding head
A steel rail grinding head comprises a grinding head assembly, a supporting frame and a guide oil cylinder set used for driving the grinding head assembly to ascend and descend, the guide oil cylinder set comprises two oil cylinders, the grinding head assembly comprises a motor, a fixing base and a grinding wheel, the shell of the motor is installed on the fixing base, a shaft of the motor is located on the lower portion of the fixing base, the grinding wheel is installed at the end of the shaft of the motor through a grinding wheel installation base, a hole for avoiding the grinding head assembly is formed in the middle of the supporting frame, the grinding head assembly is installed at the hole, the left side and the right side of the supporting frame are each provided with a through hole for avoiding an oil cylinder piston rod, each oil cylinder barrel is located on the supporting frame, the lower ends of the oil cylinder barrels are fixed to the through holes in the left side and the right side of the supporting frame, the oil cylinder piston rods penetrates through the through holes, the ends of the oil cylinder piston rods are connected with the fixing base. According to the steel rail grinding head adopting the oil cylinders for lifting guiding, an additional guiding mechanism is omitted, the oil cylinders drive the grinding head assembly to ascend and descend, the piston rods of the oil cylinders are used for guiding the grinding head assembly to ascend and descend, and the structure of the grinding head is simplified.
