The invention relates to an artificial inorganic plate, a preparation method thereof and a composite floor. The artificial inorganic plate comprises a modified inorganic layer, and the bottom layer and the surface layer of the artificial inorganic plate are the modified inorganic layers; the modified inorganic layer is prepared from the following components of, in parts by mass, 46-68.5 parts of ore base material, 20-24 parts of sawdust, 3-5 parts of modifier and 20-25 parts of water; and the ore base material comprises magnesium oxide and magnesium sulfate. A composite floor prepared from the artificial inorganic plate is subjected to standing for 6 h at the temperature of 80 DEG C and then cooled for 6 h, the length change rate of the composite floor before and after heating is that shrinkage is 0.02%-0.1%, and the warping degree is 0.20-0.50 mm; and after the composite floor is soaked in water for 24 hours, the length expansion of the composite floor is 0.02%-0.05%, the thickness expansion of the composite floor is 1.00%-1.57%, and the warping degree of the composite floor is 0.20-0.425 mm.
