The invention particularly relates to a construction method of a waterproof casing pipe with a rear hole for a roof or basement structural slab. The construction method comprises the following steps: step 1, forming a hole in a roof or basement structural slab through a water drill and other related tools and machines; step 2, after a processed waterproof sleeve is put in the rear hole, conducting first-time formwork hanging construction; step 3.1, conducting a waterproof construction on a roof or basement top slab part; step 3.2, conducting a waterproof construction on a basement wall slab part; step 4, conducting an upper 'steamed bun' construction; and step 5, reinforcing a waterproof coating at the 'steamed bun' part, and flanging to the casing pipe. The method moves a position of a water stop wing ring outwards, reduces the size of the rear hole, has relatively small damage to a structure, and generally does not need to increase a structure reinforcing measure.
本发明具体是屋面或地库结构板的后开洞防水套管施工方法;包括步骤1、利用水钻等相关工机具在屋面或地库结构板取孔;步骤2、将加工好的防水套管放入后开洞,进行第一次吊模施工;步骤3.1、屋面或地库顶板部位防水施工;步骤3.2、地库墙板部位防水施工;步骤4、进行上部“馒头包”施工;步骤5、最后进行“馒头包”部位防水涂层补强,也需翻边至套管上。本方法将止水翼环的位置外移,减小了后开洞尺寸,对结构破坏性较小,一般无需增加结构补强措施。
