The process method comprises a PC solid waste treatment process and a soft porcelain material preparation process, the PC solid waste treatment process adopts a method of crushing, settling, filtering, natural drying, crushing and sieving for preparation, and the soft porcelain material comprises, by mass, 10-20 parts of water, 10-20 parts of modified latex, 0.1-0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of an alkali inhibitor, 0.2-0.5 part of a water reducing agent, 20-30 parts of white cement and 40-80 parts of PC solid waste powder. The PC solid waste is used as the main raw material of the soft porcelain, so that the cost of the soft porcelain is reduced, the texture of the soft porcelain is improved, the soft porcelain is closer to stone, and the soft porcelain is energy-saving, environment-friendly, convenient in process, low in cost and wide in application value.
