The transparent ceramic which is high in density, adjustable in transmittance and capable of outputting broadband continuous white light in a high-stable mode can be prepared without high pressure and high vacuum, the chemical property and the physical property of the transparent ceramic are stable under high-power laser excitation, and the output broadband continuous white light has stable dependence on excitation power density; and high-stability continuous white light output can be realized.
