Method for erecting bridge precast beam plate by using sand box type temporary support
The invention discloses a method for erecting a bridge precast beam plate through a sand box type temporary support. According to the weight of a bridge precast beam plate, a steel drum with a proper size is processed, one end is open, and the other end is welded and sealed by a steel plate; then, 28 days before the bridge precast beam plate is installed, concrete is poured into the steel drum, and a concrete surface is flush with an opening of the steel drum; meanwhile, a large steel drum larger than the steel drum filled with the concrete is machined, a sand discharging hole is formed in a side face of a closed end of the large steel drum, and a nut is welded outside the sand discharging hole; before the bridge precast beam plate is installed, a proper amount of standard sand is put into the large steel drum; before the standard sand is put in, a screw rod is screwed into a screw cap welded outside the sand unloading hole so as to block the sand unloading hole; then the steel drum filled with the concrete is reversely placed in the large steel drum filled with the proper amount of standard sand, and a sand box type temporary support is formed; when the bridge precast beam plate is installed, the bridge precast beam plate is placed on the sand box type temporary support. The method is advantaged in that the support is sufficient in strength and rigidity, convenient to assemble and disassemble, uniform in beam falling and the like.
本发明公开了一种用砂箱式临时支座架设桥梁预制梁板的方法。先根据桥梁预制梁板的重量加工适当大小的钢桶,一端开口,另一端用钢板焊接封闭;然后于桥梁预制梁板安装前28天,在钢桶内灌注混凝土,混凝土面与钢桶口齐平;同时加工比灌注了混凝土的钢桶大的大钢桶,大钢桶封闭端侧面设卸砂孔,卸砂孔外焊接一螺帽;在桥梁预制梁板安装前,在大钢桶内放入适量标准砂;在标准砂放入前,将螺杆拧入卸砂孔外焊接的螺帽内以封堵卸砂孔;然后用灌注了混凝土的钢桶倒扣放置在已放入适量标准砂的大钢桶内,形成砂箱式临时支座;桥梁预制梁板安装时,将桥梁预制梁板搁置在该砂箱式临时支座上。该方法具有支座强度和刚度足够、装拆方便、落梁均匀等优点。
