The invention discloses a bonded prestressed construction process for skirt room frame beam construction. The bonded prestressed construction process comprises the following steps of (A) assembling first anchor bearing plates on the fixed ends of bonded prestressed tendons and corresponding first anchorage devices, transporting corrugated pipes and steel wire ropes to a laying part, correspondingly arranging the first anchor bearing plates on the steel wire ropes, correspondingly arranging the first anchorage devices on the first anchor bearing plates, wherein the first anchorage devices are used for anchoring the ends of the steel wire ropes to the corresponding first anchor bearing plates, all the first anchor bearing plates are arranged along the spherical surface, supporting a skirt house frame beam bottom die, and binding beam common steel bars; (B) laying the corrugated pipes, penetrating the steel wire ropes, fixing the corrugated pipes, installing exhaust holes and tensioning end nodes of the bonded prestressed tendons; (C) binding reinforcing steel bars on the tensioning ends, supporting beam side formworks and a plate bottom and laying floor reinforcing steel bars; (D) pouring concrete, erecting tensioning equipment, tensioning the prestressed tendons after the concrete reaches the tensioning strength, and grouting the corrugated pipes after tensioning is correct; and (E) anchoring and sealing the ends of the prestressed tendons with concrete. The construction process has the advantages of simple steps, convenience in operation and good effect.
