Ceramsite production process
The invention discloses a ceramsite production process. The process flow comprises the following steps: preparing sludge and clay, feeding the sludge and clay by using a tooth-roller crusher, removing stones by using a double-roller stone remover, crushing by using a double-roller crusher, mixing and stirring, aging, feeding by using a box-type feeding machine, feeding by using a double-roller crusher, carrying out secondary stirring, granulating, roasting, cooling, grading and screening finished products, and stacking. The ceramsite prepared by the process disclosed by the invention is used as a building material, and sludge transported by a sewage plant is utilized, so that the sludge of the sludge plant is reused, and the environmental pollution caused by the sludge is effectively reduced. The fuel of the rotary kiln is chaff, and is low in cost and more environment-friendly. And during ceramsite calcination, kiln tail flue gas is discharged after being treated, so that environmental pollution is reduced.
