Porous tantalum coating carbon fiber/carbon composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a porous tantalum coating carbon fiber/carbon composite material and a preparation method thereof, and a tantalum coating is deposited on the surface of the carbon fiber/carbon composite material by using a chemical vapor deposition principle. The porous tantalum metal coating material disclosed by the invention also has excellent osteoconductivity and osteoinductivity of tantalum metal under the condition that excellent mechanical properties of porous carbon fibers/carbon and elastic modulus and density which are close to those of human bones are reserved; and the tantalum metal coating prepared through the technology is high in purity and compact, the corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of the material are improved, the problem that the performance of the surface of the carbon fiber/carbon composite material is reduced due to falling of carbon particles is effectively solved, cost is low, and the tantalum metal coating is expected to serve as a novel medical biological material to be applied to repair of bone wounds and bone defects of multiple parts of a human body.
本发明公开了一种多孔钽涂层碳纤维/碳复合材料及其制备方法,利用化学气相沉积原理,在碳纤维/碳复合材料表面沉积钽涂层。本发明的多孔钽金属涂层材料在保留了多孔碳纤维/碳优异的力学性能和与人体骨骼接近的弹性模量和密度的情况下,还拥有了钽金属优异的骨传导性和骨诱导性;且此采用本发明工艺制备的钽金属涂层纯度高且致密,提高了材料的耐腐蚀和耐磨损性能,有效地解决了碳纤维/碳复合材料表面由于碳颗粒脱落而导致的性能下降,并且成本低,有望作为新型的医用生物材料,应用于人体多部位骨创伤和骨缺损的修复。
