The invention discloses a porous tantalum composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the porous tantalum composite material can be applied to a material of a human skeleton implant or a material of an implant tooth root. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) introducing high-purity tantalum chloride gas, high-purity hydrogen and high-purity argon (carrier gas) into a chemical vapor deposition furnace with a porous substrate, and heating for chemical vapor deposition to obtain an intermediate product; and (2) the intermediate product is placed in a vacuum furnace for dehydrogenation treatment, then vacuum sintering is conducted for 2-3 h, and the porous tantalum composite material is obtained. The porous tantalum composite material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is high in strength, close to human skeleton in mechanical property, high in product purity and almost free of any impurities, so that the porous tantalum composite material has relatively high use safety when being used as a human body implant material.
本发明公开了一种多孔钽复合材料及其制备方法和应用,本发明的多孔钽复合材料可应用于人体骨骼植入物的材料或应用于种植牙牙根的材料,由以下步骤制得:(1)向放有多孔基体的化学气相沉积炉内通入高纯氯化钽气体、高纯氢气和高纯氩气(载气),并升温进行化学气相沉积,得到中间产品;(2)将中间产品置于真空炉中脱氢处理,再真空烧结2~3h,即得多孔钽复合材料。本发明的制备方法制得的多孔钽复合材料强度高、力学性能与人体骨骼接近,产品纯度高,几乎不含任何杂质,因此作为人体植入材料使用时具有较高的使用安全性。
