Rigidity-controllable prestress corrugated web steel beam with vibration and vibration double-control function
The invention discloses a rigidity-controllable prestress corrugated web steel beam with a vibration and vibration double-control function. The rigidity-controllable prestress corrugated web steel beam comprises a corrugated web steel beam body, a rigidity-controllable prestress providing device control part and a tension part. The corrugated web steel beam is provided with an upper flange plate, a lower flange plate and corrugated webs fixedly connected between the upper flange plate and the lower flange plate. According to a tensioning part in the rigidity-controllable prestress providing device, a side opening type shell is fixed to a corrugated web steel beam structure through bolts and connected with a servo electric cylinder through bolts; the steel strand located at the center position in the height direction of the beam penetrates through the anchorage device and the baffle to be connected with a lifting lug on a pull rod of the servo electric cylinder. According to the control part, if stress data collected by a cable force sensor is lower than a comparison instruction in a PLC, a servo driver sends out a pulse signal to control a servo electric cylinder to complete tensioning of the steel strand. According to the expected result, when the prestress providing device with the controllable codes has the prestress loss of the steel strand, the tension of the steel strand can be automatically adjusted to meet the rigidity requirement of a component in actual engineering application.
