The invention relates to a wind and smoke pipeline system beneficial to reducing the floor height of an underground garage. A fan is arranged in a pipe cavity of the vertical air and smoke pipe or correspondingly arranged above each air and smoke opening, or fans are correspondingly arranged above the multiple adjacent air and smoke openings. A control valve capable of controlling opening and closing of the air and smoke opening is arranged at the air and smoke opening, so that the air and smoke opening can be selectively opened and closed according to needs.
