The invention discloses a flood control device for an underground parking lot. The flood control device comprises a main body, a deceleration strip, support columns, a mounting groove, a sealing rubber strip, a support strip, unthreaded holes, a pushing frame, unthreaded rods, first springs, sliding guide rails, a bearing seat, an electric control part and a manual control part, and is characterized in that the deceleration strip is fixed at the bottom end of the inner wall of the main body; the support columns are fixed to the front end and the rear end of the inner wall of the main body respectively; the mounting groove is formed in the bottom of the main body; and the sealing rubber strip is fixed to the right ends of the mounting groove and the support columns jointly. By means of forward and reverse rotation and brake control of a brake motor, unfolding, retracting and limiting of a partition plate can be achieved, so that the security effect of limiting passing can be achieved, and tight attachment of a sealing plate and the sealing rubber strip can be achieved through manual electric control or manual mechanical control; and meanwhile, the sealing rubber strip can be tightly extruded by a U-shaped pressing strip, and then flood at a certain water level can be prevented from being poured into the underground parking lot, so that the life and property safety of people is guaranteed.
