Method for strengthening recycled concrete aggregate multiple times
The invention discloses a method for strengthening recycled concrete aggregate multiple times. The method comprises the following steps: 1, manually crushing waste concrete; 2, continuously crushing the concrete into aggregates with smaller particle sizes by using a jaw crusher; 3, carrying out shaping retreatment on the aggregate by using particle shaping equipment; 4, soaking the shaped and retreated aggregate with a dilute acetic acid solution; 5, fishing out the aggregate and conducting natural airing; 6, soaking the dried aggregate in a modified water glass solution; and 7, fishing out the aggregate and carrying out natural airing again to finish aggregate reinforcement. The method has the beneficial effects that the performance of the recycled aggregate is obviously improved through particle shaping; dilute acetic acid can react with cement mortar attached to the surface of the recycled aggregate, so the water absorption of the recycled aggregate is reduced, and the quality of the recycled aggregate is improved; water glass hardening can improve the strength of the recycled concrete aggregate; and urea is added into the water glass solution, so bonding capacity can be improved by about 25%. The method is favorable for saving resources and protecting the environment.
