High-water-retention ultraviolet-resistant concrete external curing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-water-retention ultraviolet-resistant concrete external curing agent and a preparation method thereof. The external curing agent is prepared by compounding a component A, a component B, a component C, a coalescing agent and a preservative; the component A is an ultraviolet-resistant polymer emulsion, the component B is a paraffin emulsion, the component C is a polyvinyl acetate adhesive, and the component C is a water-retaining agent. The anti-ultraviolet macromolecular emulsion is obtained by emulsion polymerization of acrylate, a silane coupling agent and an anti-ultraviolet agent, the mass ratio of the component A to the component B to the component C is (50-80): (20-50): (5-10), the sum of the mass of the component A, the component B and the component C is W, the use amount of the coalescing agent is 1.5% W-1. 8% W, and the use amount of the preservative is 0.18% W-0. 20% W. The curing agent is higher in effective water retention rate, higher in ultraviolet resistance and good in performance, concrete can reach the compressive strength of standard curing through one-time curing, and early cracking and falling of a curing agent film layer caused by ultraviolet rays are prevented.
一种高保水抗紫外型混凝土外养护剂及其制备方法,外养护剂是由A组分、B组分、C组分、成膜助剂、防腐剂复配得到,A组分为抗紫外型高分子乳液,B组分为石蜡乳液,C组分为聚醋酸乙烯胶粘剂,抗紫外型高分子乳液为丙烯酸酯、硅烷偶联剂以及抗紫外剂通过乳液聚合得到,各组分的质量配比为:A组分:B组分:C组分=50‑80:20‑50:5‑10,A、B、C组分的质量之和为W,成膜助剂的用量为1.5%W‑1.8%W,防腐剂的用量为0.18%W‑0.20%W。发明的有效保水率更高,抗紫外线能力更强,它的性能良好,能使混凝土一次养护即达到标准养护的抗压强度,并防止紫外线导致的养护剂膜层早期开裂脱落。
