High-water-retention organic silicon concrete external curing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high water retention type organosilicon concrete external curing agent and a preparation method thereof, and the external curing agent is prepared from the following raw materials: methyltrimethoxysilane, dimethyldimethoxysilane, gamma-(2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane, tetrabutyl titanate, a solvent, deionized water and a hydrolysis catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding methyltrimethoxysilane, dimethyldimethoxysilane, gamma-(2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane, a hydrolysis catalyst and deionized water into a reaction kettle, starting stirring, and carrying out a hydrolysis reaction to obtain a hydrolysate; and adding a solvent into the reaction kettle for dilution, stirring, adding tetrabutyl titanate, and stirring. The external curing agent disclosed by the invention can ensure that concrete is fully hydrated under the condition of one-time spraying or brushing in the early stage, has waterproof and anti-seepage effects in the later stage, can effectively permeate into the surface of the concrete and is cured to block and fill capillary pores of the concrete, and is strong in adhesive force, good in weather resistance, non-toxic, harmless and environment-friendly.
一种高保水型有机硅混凝土外养护剂及其制备方法，所述外养护剂是由下述原料制成的：甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷、γ‑(2,3‑环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、钛酸四丁酯、溶剂、去离子水、水解催化剂。制备方法：将甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷、γ‑(2,3‑环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、水解催化剂及去离子水投入反应釜中，开启搅拌，进行水解反应，得到水解产物；再在反应釜中加入溶剂进行稀释，搅拌，再加入钛酸四丁酯，搅拌。本发明的外养护剂在前期一次喷涂或涂刷的情况下即可确保混凝土充分水化并且在后期起到防水抗渗作用，能有效渗透到混凝土表面并固化以堵塞填充混凝土毛细孔，且附着力强，耐候性好，无毒无害，环境友好。
