The invention discloses a prefabricated assembling periodic structure for a track base. The structure comprises base units (1), base ditches (2), connecting beams (3) between the base units and steel bars or embedded steel plates (4), the base units are arranged in the base ditches, the base units are connected through the connecting beams between the base units, a trackbed plate is installed above the upper surface, self-compacting concrete is arranged below the lower surface, the base units are longitudinally arranged along the center line of a line, the distance and the length between the base units can be adjusted according to application occasions, and reinforcing steel bars or embedded steel plates extending out of the structure are reserved at the bottoms of the base units, and can be fixedly connected to reinforcing steel bars of the adjusting layer formed by the lower self-compacting concrete. The invention further provides a corresponding construction method, the base is of a prefabricated structure, the quality is easy to control, the construction period is shortened, the ditch size is large, blockage is not prone to occurring, steel bars and concrete are greatly saved, and environment friendliness is achieved.
