The invention discloses a locking device of a shipyard ship lift, which is characterized in that a hanging bracket structure and a ship lifting device integrate a cylinder body and a bolt through a pneumatic bolt mechanism arranged in a locking support, so that the locking of the ship lift is realized; the pneumatic plug pin mechanism is composed of a hanging bracket plug pin plate, a sliding rail frame, a cylinder, a cylinder rod end support, a piston rod and a cylinder body arranged in a pin body; the sliding rail frame supports the pin body when the air cylinder returns; and the hanging bracket bolt plate is inserted between the connecting plates, the hanging bracket bolt plate penetrates through the rectangular hole of the locking support to be fixedly connected with the hanging bracket structure, and when the ship bearing platform is lifted to the elevation of the harbor basin, the cylinder body drives the pin body to be inserted into the holes of the connecting plates and the hanging bracket bolt plate, so that the ship bearing platform and the hanging bracket structure are locked on the side wall of the harbor basin. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that the structure is simple, the reliability is high, the ship bearing platform and the hanging bracket structure are rigidly connected through the locking device, ship moving operation and pier arranging operation are facilitated, and the safety performance is further improved.
