The invention discloses a hydraulic drive connecting rod tight supporting type ship lift chamber butt joint locking device which comprises a locking frame and a plurality of guide assemblies, each guide assembly comprises guide grooves located in the left side and the right side of the locking frame, the guide assemblies are arranged in the vertical direction, and locking pins are arranged in the guide grooves in the left side and the right side. Mounting gaps exist between the locking pins in the same guide assembly, a locking oil cylinder is arranged between every two adjacent guide assemblies and extends in the vertical direction, the two ends of the locking oil cylinder are located in the mounting gaps of the two adjacent guide assemblies respectively, and the ends of the locking oil cylinders are hinged to the locking pins on the two sides of the mounting gaps. The locking oil cylinder can stretch out or retract in the vertical direction so that the end face of the locking pin can make contact with or be separated from the track embedded part in the tower column groove.
