Hydraulic tensioning ship lift butt joint locking device and method
The invention provides a ship lift butt-joint locking device and method adopting hydraulic tensioning. At least four butt-joint locking devices are symmetrically arranged on an extending platform on the upper portion of a ship chamber main longitudinal beam. Each butt joint locking device comprises a butt joint locking oil cylinder, a lifting steel wire rope, a ship chamber, a locking bearing face, a main lifting machine, a torque steel wire rope, a balance weight device, a balance weight lock and a tower column. The main elevator overhangs the ship chamber through a lifting steel wire rope and overhangs the counterweight device through a torque steel wire rope. A locking supporting surface is arranged on the outer side of the tower column; the butt-joint locking oil cylinder adopts an angle deflection end, so that an included angle is formed between the butt-joint face of the butt-joint locking oil cylinder and the locking supporting face so as to adapt to inclination of the ship chamber in the plane in the butt-joint locking process. The number of the structures is small, and the reliability is improved on the premise that the engineering construction amount is reduced; according to the device, the angle deflection end head is adopted, so that the device can adapt to ship chamber inclination to a certain degree, vertical displacement of the ship chamber is avoided, and the operation safety of the ship lift is improved.
本发明提供一种采用液压张紧的升船机对接锁定装置及方法,至少四个对接锁定装置对称布置于船厢主纵梁上部伸出平台上,每个对接锁定装置包括对接锁定油缸、提升钢丝绳、船厢、锁定支承面、主提升机、转矩钢丝绳、平衡重装置、平衡重锁定、塔柱;主提升机通过提升钢丝绳悬吊船厢,通过转矩钢丝绳悬吊平衡重装置;塔柱的外侧设置有锁定支撑面;所述对接锁定油缸采用角度偏转端头,使对接锁定油缸的对接面与锁定支撑面产生夹角,以适应船厢在对接锁定过程中发生平面内的倾斜。本发明结构数量较少,在减少工程施工量的前提下提高了可靠性;该装置采用了角度偏转端头,其可以适应一定程度的船厢倾斜,避免船厢发生竖向位移,提供了升船机运行的安全性。
