The invention relates to the technical field of aerated brick preparation, and discloses a preparation method of a mineral powder aerated brick. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing fly ash, desulfurized gypsum, carbide slag, mirabilite and water, controlling the weight ratio of water to dry materials to be (2.1-5.5): 2, and stirring to obtain slurry; (2) transferring the slurry into a stirring device, stirring at 42-48 DEG C, adding quick lime and blast furnace mineral powder, stirring, adding aluminum powder when the stirring temperature reaches 50-60 DEG C, and stirring to obtain mixed slurry; (3) injecting the mixed slurry into a mold box, and transferring into a curing chamber for foaming and curing; (4) after a green body meets the cutting requirement, transferring a mold to a cutting area, and enabling the green body to be subjected to six-face cutting to reach the set specification; (5) scraping a waste material by a peeling device to obtain a building block green body; and (6) feeding the building block green body into an autoclave for autoclaved curing. By adopting the method, not only is the production cost of the aerated brick saved, but also the strength of the aerated block brick is improved.
本发明涉及加气块砖制备技术领域,公开了一种矿粉加气块砖的制备方法。该方法包括以下步骤:(1)将粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、电石渣、芒硝和水混合,控制水与干料的重量比为2.1‑5.5:2,搅拌制得浆料;(2)将浆料转入搅拌装置,在42‑48℃下搅拌,加入生石灰和高炉矿粉,搅拌,当搅拌温度达到50‑60℃时加入铝粉,搅拌,制得混合浆料;(3)将混合浆料注入模箱,转入静养室发泡静养;(4)坯体达到切割要求后将模具转移至切割区,坯体经过六面切割达到设定规格;(5)由去皮装置将废料刮去,得到砌块坯体;(6)将砌块坯体送入蒸压釜内进行蒸压养护。采用该方法不仅节约了加砌块砖的生产成本,而且提高了加气块砖的强度。
