Rock wool mixed resin-based mineral composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a rock wool mixed resin-based mineral composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material comprises an aggregate base material, an adhesive system, a filling material, an auxiliary agent and rock wool fiber cloth, wherein the aggregate base material is selected from granite particles or marble particles; and the adhesive system includes epoxy resin, a curing agent, and a diluent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the aggregate base material, and conducting screening; (2) laying the rock wool fiber cloth in a mold; (3) weighing the epoxy resin, the curing agent, the diluent, the auxiliary agent and the filling material, putting the weighed materials into a stirring device, and carrying out uniform stirring; (4) pouring the aggregate into the stirring device, and performing stirring to obtain a mixed material; (5) injecting the mixed material into a mold, and performing high-frequency vibration; and (6) maintaining the mold at normal temperature for 24 hours. The bending strength of the rock wool mixed resin-based mineral composite material reaches up to 60 Mpa, and meanwhile, the damping performance of the material is improved; and the precision of the machining process of a machine tool can be greatly improved, and the influence of mechanical vibration on the machine tool is eliminated.
本发明涉及一种岩棉混合树脂基矿物复合材料及其制备方法,复合材料包括骨料基材、粘合剂体系、填充料、助剂和岩棉纤维布;骨料基材选自花岗石颗粒或者大理石颗粒;粘合剂体系包括环氧树脂、固化剂和稀释剂。制备步骤为:(1)将骨料基材破碎后进行筛分;(2)将岩棉纤维布铺设在模具中;(3)称重环氧树脂、固化剂,稀释剂、助剂、填充料置于搅拌装置,搅拌均匀;(4)将骨料倒入搅拌装置,搅拌后得混合物料;(5)将混合物料注入到模具,高频振动;(6)模具常温养护24h。本发明岩棉混合树脂基矿物复合材料的弯曲强度高达60Mpa,同时改善了材料的阻尼性能;本发明可大幅度提高机床加工过程的的精度,消除机械振动对机床的影响。
