The invention discloses an anti-corrosion layer construction method, and relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, wherein the method comprises the steps: step 1, cleaning the surface of a sewage pipe or a sewage pool, coating a layer of cement-based coating doped with a self-repairing material on the surface, and spraying water for maintenance; step 2, after the self-repairing cement-based coating layer is subjected to water spraying maintenance, coating the upper layer of the self-repairing cement-based coating layer with an epoxy resin layer; and step 3, before the epoxy resin layer is cured, coating the epoxy resin layer with an epoxy mortar layer. The invention further provides a self-repairing anti-corrosion layer which comprises the self-repairing cement-based coating layer, the epoxy resin layer and the epoxy mortar layer. The self-repairing cement-based coating layer is coated on the inner wall of a pipeline or a sewage pool, the epoxy resin layer is coated on the self-repairing cement-based coating layer after water spraying maintenance, and the epoxy mortar layer is coated on the epoxy resin layer which is not cured on the pipeline or the sewage pool; therefore, according to the method provided by the invention, the service lives of the sewage pool and the sewage pipeline can be prolonged.
