Method for compacting aeolian sand roadbed of expressway in desert area
The invention discloses a method for compacting an aeolian sand roadbed of an expressway in a desert area, and relates to the technical field of highway engineering. The method comprises the following steps that 1, sundries on the surface of a road section are cleaned, and paying-off is conducted on the road section; 2, the road section obtained after paying off is segmented in the longitudinal direction of the line, then aeolian sand is paved through a bulldozer, and paving is conducted in a horizontal layering mode in the paving process; and 3, after the last time of paving is completed, the bulldozer is used for integrally discharging pressure for at least two times, then a road roller is used for stabilizing pressure for 1-3 times, then a vibratory roller is used for compacting for 2-4 times, and finally static pressure surface finishing is conducted for 1-2 etims, so that a compacted roadbed layer is obtained. According to the method, construction of all working procedures can be shortened, and especially the rolling working procedure and feeding are shortened; and meanwhile, the working procedure conversion speed is increased, and the construction progress is obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种沙漠地区高速公路风积沙路基压实方法,涉及公路工程技术领域。包括以下步骤:步骤一,清理路段表面杂物,并对其进行放线;步骤二,对放线后的路段沿着线路的纵向进行分段,随后将风积沙采用推土机进行摊铺,其中,在摊铺的过程中采用水平分层方式进行摊铺;步骤三,待最后一次摊铺完成后,利用推土机整体排压至少2遍,再采用压路机稳压1~3遍,随后采用振动压路机压实2~4遍,最后静压收面1~2遍,即得压实后的路基层;本发明可缩短各工序施工,尤其是碾压工序和上料,同时加快了工序转换速度,对施工进度有明显的提高。
