An anti-collision ecological guardrail for an urban road comprises a base, stand columns, cross beams and a green plant container, the stand columns are arranged on the base, the cross beams are horizontally installed on the stand columns, the green plant container is installed on the stand columns, the cross beams comprise the first cross beam and the second cross beam, the first cross beam and the second cross beam are horizontally arranged in an overlapped mode, a water storage device is clamped between the first cross beam and the second cross beam and connected with a water supply pipe, the water supply pipe and an inner cavity of the water storage device are controlled through a one-way valve so that water flow can only flow to the inner cavity of the water storage device from the water supply pipe, and a water spraying pipe is further arranged on the water storage device and points to the direction of the green plant container.
