According to the tamping device, a tamping cylinder can move up and down and left and right, so that the moving range of the tamping cylinder is ensured and the tamping effect is greatly improved; and meanwhile, a rotary inclined column and a telescopic inclined column are arranged in the tamping cylinder, and tamping is started through a mechanical structure.
