The construction method comprises the following steps of a measuring step, specifically, leveling a to-be-constructed site, measuring and setting out, and determining the position of a pile hole; a drilling step, specifically, burying a steel casing at the position of the pile hole, and drilling; a treatment step, specifically, after drilling to penetrate through the top of a karst cave, treating the karst cave according to the parameters of the karst cave, drilling to penetrate through the treated karst cave, and continuously drilling to the pile bottom position of the pile hole; a hoisting step, specifically, cleaning the pile hole, and hoisting a reinforcement cage into the pile hole; and a pouring step, specifically, cleaning the pile hole again, and pouring underwater concrete into the pile hole. According to the construction method, when the karst caves are encountered in the construction process of the punching and filling pile, the karst caves are treated according to the parameters of the karst caves, drilling is conducted after the karst caves are treated, the reinforcement cage is hung in the pile hole, and underwater concrete is poured, so that the pile forming quality can be guaranteed, the over-filling amount of the concrete can be reduced, the throwing and filling project amount is reduced, the project cost is saved, and the method is wide in applicability and high in pertinence.
