Construction method of underwater punching cast-in-place pile
The invention relates to a construction method of an underwater punching cast-in-place pile. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a mud pit is built, and a permanent steel pile casing is buried; 2, installing a percussion drill and preparing before punching of the percussion drill; step 3, punching by a percussion drill; fourthly, pile foundation end hole cleaning is conducted; fifthly, a reinforcement cage is placed; 6, lowering the guide pipe, and performing secondary hole cleaning inspection; and step 7, pouring concrete. Under the condition that boulders or other hard structures exist in a sludge layer, in the punching process of the percussion drill, a percussion bit extrudes semi-solidified slurry formed by backfilling cement, clay and rubbles into a hole to a protection wall, the semi-solidified slurry is used for blocking the permanent steel casing with the damaged side face from the outside, and therefore the permanent steel casing with the damaged side face is protected. Therefore, slurry outflow caused by damage to the side face of the permanent steel casing is avoided, and smooth construction of the underwater punching cast-in-place pile is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种水中冲孔灌注桩的施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、建泥浆池及埋设永久钢护筒;步骤二、安装冲击钻机及冲击钻机冲孔前准备;步骤三、冲击钻机冲孔;步骤四、桩基终孔、清孔;步骤五、安放钢筋笼;步骤六、下放导管、二次清孔检查;步骤七、灌注混凝土。对于淤泥层中存在着孤石或其他结构较为坚硬的结构的情况,冲击钻机冲孔过程,冲击钻头将由水泥、黏土、片石回填至孔内形成的半凝固状态的泥浆挤压至护壁,利用半凝固状态的泥浆从外部封堵侧面受损的永久钢护筒,以避免因永久钢护筒侧面受损致使泥浆外流,从而保证了水中冲孔灌注桩的顺利施工。
