The invention provides a post-tensioning method prestressed rectangular cast-in-place pile. The post-tensioning method prestressed rectangular cast-in-place pile comprises a formed groove formed through excavation, a reinforcement cage for concrete pouring is placed in the formed groove, a longitudinally-distributed reserved hole channel is formed in the reinforcement cage, a fixing disc is arranged on the end face of the reinforcement cage, and when concrete poured on the reinforcement cage reaches the design strength, steel strands penetrate through the reserved hole channel; the steel strand extends out of the reinforcement cage, a pressure bearing plate is arranged on the surface of the fixing disc, an anchor ring connected with the extension part of the steel strand in a sleeving mode is installed on the pressure bearing plate, the steel strand connected with the anchor ring in the sleeving mode is tensioned through numerical control equipment to apply prestress, grouting solidification is carried out in the reserved hole channel to form the cast-in-place pile, and the section of the cast-in-place pile is rectangular. The stress effect of the rectangular cast-in-place pile with the same sectional area is better than that of a conventional circular pile; and under the same stress effect, the rectangular pile is made of cheaper materials, and the practical performance is excellent.
本发明提出后张法预应力矩形灌注桩,包括挖掘成型的成槽,成槽的内部下放有供混凝土浇筑的钢筋笼,钢筋笼上开设有纵向分布的预留孔道,钢筋笼的端面设置有固定盘,钢筋笼上浇筑混凝土达到设计强度时在预留孔道内贯穿钢绞线,钢铰线外延于钢筋笼,固定盘表面设置有承压板,承压板上安装有套接钢绞线外延部的锚环,锚环套接的钢绞线通过数控设备进行张拉施加预应力,预留孔道内灌浆凝固形成灌注桩,灌注桩的截面呈矩形状。同截面积矩形灌注桩受力效果优于常规的圆形桩;同受力效果下,矩形桩使用材料更便宜,实用性能优。
