The invention discloses an underground engineering pile head waterproof treatment method. The method comprises the steps that a pile head is broken and removed; a concrete cushion layer is arranged around the pile head in a covering mode, and arc internal corner treatment is conducted on the joint between the pile head and the concrete cushion layer; a cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof coating is applied to a certain range of the center of the pile head, and the pile head and the concrete cushion layer are coated with the cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof coating; after the cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof coating is hardened, polymer cement waterproof mortar is smeared on the part, on the top of the pile head, of the cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof coating; a waterproof coiled material additional layer is laid at an arc internal corner, a waterproof coiled material is laid around the pile head, the waterproof coiled material is located above the concrete cushion layer, and the waterproof coiled material and the waterproof coiled material additional layer are partially in lap joint; a gap between the waterproof coiled material additional layer and the waterproof coiled material is sealed by using sealant; and a waterproof protection layer is arranged on the waterproof coiled material in a covering mode. According to the method, the waterproof problem of weak parts of underground engineering is effectively solved, the consumption of consumables is small, and the economical efficiency is good.
本发明公开了一种地下工程桩头防水处理方法,步骤为:破除桩头;围绕桩头覆设混凝土垫层,桩头与混凝土垫层交接处做圆弧阴角处理;在桩头中心的一定范围内涂刷水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料,水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料涂在桩头及混凝土垫层上;待水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料硬化后在桩头顶部的水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料上抹刷聚合物水泥防水砂浆;在圆弧阴角处铺贴防水卷材附加层,围绕桩头铺贴防水卷材,防水卷材位于混凝土垫层的上方且防水卷材与防水卷材附加层部分搭接;使用密封膏对防水卷材附加层与防水卷材之间的缝隙进行封口;在防水卷材上覆设防水保护层。本发明不仅有效解决了地下工程薄弱部位的防水难题,而且耗材使用量小,经济性好。
