Construction schemes suitable for steel core reinforced concrete column, pure steel column and steel pipe column
The invention provides construction schemes suitable for a steel core reinforced concrete column, a pure steel column and a steel pipe column. The mechanics reveals that the columns should be divided into frame columns and frame shear columns, the frame shear columns are weak in bending resistance and strong in compression resistance, and the columns only need to be propped and self-protected during large earthquakes, so that the axial compression ratio is greatly improved, the ductility is increased, and the contradiction of the height-width ratio is relieved. Mainly, special steel for central reinforcement cannot be used, so that the new idea of the central reinforcement is not developed after being put aside for more than 20 years. According to the schemes, the requirements of steel core column materials are put forward for a supplier, and the construction scheme is designed, so that the purposes of continuation of upper and lower components A and ideal combination of a steel core B, the pure steel column, the steel pipe column and a reinforced concrete floor are mainly achieved. The steel core (figure 1) is composed of a solid steel shaft (10) and a steel sleeve (12). The steel sleeve is firmly welded with the upper section and the lower section of the steel shaft through slotting welding seams (3 and 4); a bracket (8) is arranged on the steel sleeve to support a floor reinforced concrete beam; and the sleeve and the steel shaft are provided with through holes (14) in which beam inner negative steel bars are inserted. The thickness of reinforced concrete wrapped outside the steel core is not less than 200 for construction pouring and tamping and fire resistance.
