Manufacturing method of magnesium oxide board
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a magnesium oxide board. The method comprises the following steps: S1, after brine stands for a period of time, adding magnesium oxide and a filler to form a solution mixture, and fully and uniformly stirring the solution mixture; s2, selecting a template, laying glass fiber cloth on the template, and pouring parts of the solution mixture onto the glass fiber cloth; s3, paving a layer of glass fiber cloth on the glass fiber cloth where the solution mixture is poured, making the remaining solution mixture completely guided into the newly laid glass fiber cloth and making the liquid level of the solution mixture scraped to be flat, then standing, and demolding after the mixture is cured; and S4, taking out the mixture, and spraying the mixed solvent prepared from magnesium oxide and brine on the outer surface of the mixture again. The board manufactured by the method is less in material consumption, better in strength, fireproof and waterproof, free of a modifier and capable of preventing halogen reversion. On the basis, the board is environmentally friendly, sanitary and capable of recycling waste materials.
本发明公开了一种玻镁板材的制作方法,S1:卤水在静止一段时间后添加氧化镁和填充料,形成溶液混合料,并将该溶液混合料充分搅匀;S2:选用模板,并在该模板上铺设玻璃纤维布,将部分溶液混合料倒入至玻璃纤维布上;S3:在倒入溶液混合料的玻璃纤维布上再铺设一层玻璃纤维布,将剩下的溶液混合料完全导入到新铺设的玻璃纤维布上,并刮平溶液混合料的液面,然后静置,待上述混合物固化后,脱模;S4:将混合物取出,并在混合物的外表面再次喷涂氧化镁和卤水制成的混合溶剂。通过上述方式制成的板材不仅用材更少,而且强度更佳,尤其是,防火、防水无需改性剂可防反卤。有基于此,该板材实现环保卫生以及废料的回收利用。
