An intelligent anti-collision barrel for expressway comprises anti-collision barrel bodies and a replacement device. Each anti-collision barrel body comprises a barrel body, an arc-shaped movable plate, an upper cover and a lower cover, a storage hole is formed in the barrel body, a connecting hole communicating with the outside of the barrel body is formed in the inner wall of the storage hole, a first semi-annular plate, a second semi-annular plate, a third semi-annular plate and a fourth semi-annular plate are sequentially and fixedly connected to the inner wall of the barrel body from top to bottom, a protruding part is arranged on the lower cover, a fixing groove is formed in the bottom of the protruding part, and an elastic buffering layer is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the fixing groove. A barrel storage groove is formed in the top of the replacement device, a motor is embedded in the side wall of the barrel storage groove, a rotating plate is arranged in the barrel storage groove, a power output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the rotating plate, plastic rods are connected to the top and the bottom of the rotating plate, piezoelectric patches are arranged in the two plastic rods, the anti-collision barrel bodies are arranged on the two plastic rods, and a current detector and a processing module are arranged in the replacement device.
