The invention discloses a preparation method of an ultra-high-performance concrete thin-wall rod piece. The method comprises the following steps that tensioning is carried out on a reinforcement cage, and the reinforcement cage is placed in a pipe die; ultra-high performance concrete is prepared; the ultra-high performance concrete is poured into the pipe die; and the pipe die provided with the reinforcement cage and the ultra-high-performance concrete is formed in a centrifugal mode, and the ultra-high-performance concrete thin-wall rod piece is obtained. By means of the mode, the performance of the thin-wall rod piece prepared by the method is greatly improved, and the thin-wall rod piece has excellent mechanical properties, high tensile strength and compressive strength, further has characteristics of impact resistance and high durability, and is long in service life.
