The invention provides a thin-wall double-steel-plate and ultra-high-performance concrete combined pier and a preparation method thereof.The thin-wall double-steel-plate and ultra-high-performance concrete combined pier comprises a prefabricated thin-wall hollow pier column and a bearing platform, and the prefabricated thin-wall hollow pier column comprises a pier body on the upper portion and a pier column-bearing platform combination section on the lower portion; the prefabricated thin-wall hollow pier column and the bearing platform are in socket connection through the pier column-bearing platform combination section; a bearing and inserting groove corresponding to the prefabricated thin-wall hollow pier column in section shape is reserved in the middle of the bearing platform. The high-performance grouting material is poured into a gap between the socket groove and the prefabricated thin-wall hollow pier column, and the bearing platform and the prefabricated thin-wall hollow pier column are connected into an integral structure. The advantage of high compressive strength-weight ratio of UHPC can be fully played, the dead weight of the pier structure is greatly reduced, and the anti-seismic property of the structure is improved; the double steel plates on the outer side can bear most tensile stress, so that the problem of cracking of concrete is solved; the light-weight double-steel-plate-UHPC combined pier can achieve complete factory prefabrication and bridge site on-site assembly construction, and the construction efficiency can be greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种薄壁双钢板‑超高性能混凝土组合桥墩及其制备方法,包括预制薄壁空心墩柱和承台,预制薄壁空心墩柱包括上部的墩身和下部的墩柱‑承台结合段;预制薄壁空心墩柱和承台通过所述墩柱‑承台结合段承插连接;承台在中间部位留有与预制薄壁空心墩柱的截面形状对应的承插槽;高性能灌浆材料灌注于承插槽与预制薄壁空心墩柱之间的缝隙处,将承台与预制薄壁空心墩柱连接为整体结构。本发明可以充分发挥UHPC受压强重比高的优势,大幅降低桥墩结构自重,提高结构抗震性能;外侧的双钢板可以承受大部分拉应力,解决了混凝土的开裂问题;轻量化的双钢板‑UHPC组合桥墩可以实现完全工厂化预制、桥位现场装配化施工,可大幅提高施工效率。
