Thin-wall ultra-high-performance concrete pier
The invention discloses a thin-wall ultra-high-performance concrete pier which is arranged on a bearing platform of a bridge and comprises a pier body. The bridge pier body is of a pipe structure formed by pouring ultra-high performance concrete, the cross section of the bridge pier body is in a convex polygon shape or a circle shape or an oval shape, the wall thickness ranges from 8 cm to 25 cm, and the minimum fiber mixing amount is 0.7%. A plurality of longitudinal steel bars parallel to the length direction are arranged in the pipe wall of the pier body in the circumferential direction. The distance between each longitudinal steel bar and the outer side surface and the inner side surface of the pipe wall is not smaller than the diameter of the longitudinal steel bar, and the lower end of each longitudinal steel bar extends into and is anchored in the bearing platform. A plurality of shear-resistant stirrups are arranged on the outer sides of all the longitudinal steel bars in the length direction; the upper end of the bridge pier body is connected with a bent cap structure or a main beam, and the end of each corresponding longitudinal steel bar extends into and is anchored in the bent cap structure or the main beam. The performance of the ultra-high performance concrete material is utilized, the material consumption and the engineering cost are saved, the light-weight pier is constructed, and the defects of existing pier construction are overcome.
本发明公开了薄壁超高性能混凝土桥墩,设置在桥梁的承台上,包括桥墩本体;桥墩本体为采用超高性能混凝土浇筑而成的管结构,横截面呈凸多边形、圆形或者椭圆形,壁厚在8cm至25cm,最小纤维掺量为0.7%;桥墩本体的管壁内沿周向设有多根均与长度方向平行的纵向钢筋;每一纵向钢筋距离管壁的外侧表面和内侧表面的距离均不小于本身的直径,下端均延伸入并锚固在承台内;所有纵向钢筋的外侧均沿长度方向设有多道抗剪箍筋;桥墩本体的上端与盖梁结构或主梁连接,相应的每一纵向钢筋的端均延伸入并锚固在盖梁结构或主梁内。本发明利用超高性能混凝土材料的性能,节约材料用量和工程成本,建设轻量化的桥墩,克服现有桥墩建造的缺陷。
