Crosslinking monomer, crosslinking type polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method
A crosslinking monomer is prepared by the following steps: 1) taking vinyl ether alcohol or allyl ether alcohol, a water-carrying agent, acrylic acid, a polymerization inhibitor and a catalyst according to a mass ratio of 100: (10-200): (60-120): (0.001-2): (0.001-10), and adding into a reactor; and 2) heating the reactor to 80-90 DEG C for reflux reaction until no water is evaporated out, reducing pressure to evaporate out the water-carrying agent, cooling to 30-50 DEG C, and adjusting the pH value to 2-3 to obtain a mixture of the crosslinking monomer and acrylic acid. the invention also provides a polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared from the crosslinking monomer. The preparation process of the crosslinking monomer is simple, the reaction condition is mild, the crosslinking monomer is suitable for large-scale industrial production, the prepared crosslinking monomer can be used for preparing the polycarboxylate superplasticizer at normal temperature without special treatment, and hydrolysable double-bond-terminated polyfunctional group acrylate is introduced into the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, so that the slow release performance of the prepared polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be effectively improved.
