The invention aims to provide a preparation method and application of an isoprene cross-linked polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The preparation method of the isoprene cross-linked polycarboxylic acid water reducer comprises the following steps: mixing ethylene glycol monovinyl polyoxyethylene ether monomer, modified nano silicon dioxide, isoprene and a proper amount of water to obtain a first mixed solution; mixing an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer with a proper amount of water to obtain a second mixed solution; mixing an initiator, a chain transfer agent and a proper amount of water to obtain a third mixed solution; slowly adding the second mixed solution and the third mixed solution into the first mixed solution for free radical polymerization reaction; and adjusting the pH value to obtain the polycarboxylate superplasticizer. According to the invention, free radical polymerization reaction is adopted, modified nano silicon dioxide and isoprene are introduced, the micro-crosslinking functional polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is synthesized, the problem that fly ash-based geopolymer cement has no applicable polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent at present is solved, the preparation process is green and environment-friendly, energy is saved, and the environmental benefit is obvious.
本发明旨在提供一种异戊二烯交联型聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法及其应用。该异戊二烯交联型聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:将乙二醇单乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚单体、改性纳米二氧化硅、异戊二烯和适量水混合得到第一混合液;将不饱和羧酸单体与适量水混合得到第二混合液;将引发剂、链转移剂与适量水混合得到第三混合液;将第二混合液和第三混合液缓慢加入到第一混合液中进行自由基聚合反应;调节pH值,得到聚羧酸减水剂。本发明采用自由基聚合反应,引入改性纳米二氧化硅和异戊二烯,合成微交联功能型聚羧酸减水剂,解决粉煤灰基地聚物水泥目前无适用聚羧酸减水剂的问题,制备过程绿色环保,节能和环境效益明显。
