Construction method of river-crossing steel structure arch bridge
The invention relates to a construction method of a river-crossing steel structure arch bridge. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, building a channel trestle in a river from both banks, building a crawler crane construction channel along the design position of the bridge, adopting steel pipe piles as the lower support the construction channel, directly using a cross beam of a steel structure bridge as a distribution beam of the construction channel, paving a bridge deck on the cross beam, installing the longitudinal beams of the steel structure bridge on the construction channel through a crawler crane, then erecting arch rib installation supports at the two ends of the cross beam, installing arch ribs, and finally connecting slings between the arch ribs and the longitudinal beams. The construction process is simple and high in efficiency; construction equipment mainly adopts the crawler crane, a large floating crane is not needed, the construction cost can be greatly reduced, the construction is not limited by the water level of a river channel, and the construction period can be guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种跨河钢结构拱桥施工方法,先在两岸向河中搭设通道栈桥,并沿桥梁设计位置搭设履带吊施工通道,施工通道采用钢管桩为下部支撑,直接利用钢结构桥的横梁作为施工通道的分配梁,横梁上铺设桥面板,利用履带吊在施工通道上安装钢结构桥的纵梁,然后在横梁两端搭设拱肋安装支架并安装拱肋,最后连接拱肋与纵梁间的吊索。施工工艺简单,效率高;施工设备主要采用履带吊,无需投入大型浮吊,能大幅降低施工成本,且不受河道水位高低制约,有利于保证工期。
