Maintenance and reinforcement method for highway expansion joints
The invention discloses a maintenance and reinforcement method for highway expansion joints. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, stopping traffic flow; step 2, dismantling an original device in the expansion joint; step 3, reserving and fastening the anchoring part; step 4, arranging an elastic connecting plate at the bottom end of the expansion joint; step 5, arranging a first fixing part and a second fixing part which are connected with the anchoring part in the expansion joint; and arranging the X-shaped plate is arranged between the first fixing part and the second fixing part; step 6, arranging an elastic supporting plate between the first fixing part and the second fixing part, and arranging a template on the elastic supporting plate; step 7, pouring cement concrete on the outer side of the formwork, and laying a fixing pressing plate and a magnetic cover plate after curing; and step 8, symmetrically arranging movable push plates at the two ends of the magnetic cover plate, and arranging dust collection systems at the upper ends of the movable push plates.
