A U-shaped cavity is defined in each U-shaped prefabricated concrete groove body, lifting rings are fixed to the top ends of side plates of the U-shaped prefabricated concrete groove bodies, meanwhile, the multiple U-shaped prefabricated concrete groove bodies are distributed along the same straight line, the opening ends of the side ends of every two adjacent U-shaped prefabricated concrete groove bodies are in butt joint such that the multiple U-shaped cavities are in communication, meanwhile, every two adjacent U-shaped precast concrete groove bodies can be detachably connected, then cast-in-place EPS light soil slurry is poured into the U-shaped cavities, and the EPS light soil slurry forms an EPS filling body after being solidified. The invention discloses a prefabricated and assembled composite vibration isolation barrier and a construction method thereof, which not only can effectively reduce vibration caused by rail transit, but also can guarantee the stability of an excavation section foundation, so that the service life of the prefabricated assembled composite vibration isolation barrier is prolonged, and the later maintenance frequency and cost are reduced.
