Expansive soil improvement method
The invention provides an expansive soil improvement method which comprises the following steps: mixing and uniformly stirring sawdust, cement and expansive soil, and modifying the expansive soil by using the cement. The modified expansive soil obtained by mixing saw dust with basic characteristics of wood and cement and then doping the mixture into the expansive soil can avoid the hardening problem caused by only using the cement as an expansive soil improvement material, and meanwhile, the saw dust is powdery saw dust scattered when the wood is sawed, so that the mixing amount of the cement is reduced, and the utilization rate of the cement is improved. The cost is reduced, the pollution to the environment is reduced, the requirements of environmental protection, economy and applicability are met, and the defect that the improvement effect is not ideal due to the fact that pure sawdust is used as an improvement material for the expansive soil is also avoided by adding the cement component; compared with non-improved expansive soil, the expansive soil modified by the expansive soil improvement method provided by the invention is not easy to repeatedly expand and loosen, and the improvement effect is reliable.
本发明提供一种膨胀土改良方法,包括将锯末、水泥和膨胀土混合并搅拌均匀的步骤,水泥对膨胀土能完成膨胀土的改性,通过保持有木材基本特性的锯末与水泥混合惨入膨胀土中后得到的完成改性的膨胀土可避免仅以水泥作为膨胀土改良材料所导致的硬化问题,同时,锯末是木材在进行锯削加工时散落下来的粉末状木屑,减少了水泥的掺量,降低了成本的同时降低了对环境的污染,符合绿色环保和经济适用的要求,水泥成分的加入也避免了通过纯粹的锯末作为对膨胀土的改良材料而导致改良效果不理想的缺陷,通过本发明提供的膨胀土改良方法完成改性的膨胀土相较于未进行改良的膨胀土更不易于膨胀的反复发生和松散,改良效果可靠。
