Ultra-deep rotary excavating pile concrete pouring construction method for preventing guide pipe cage clamping
The invention relates to the technical field of rotary excavating pile construction, and discloses an ultra-deep rotary excavating pile concrete pouring construction method for preventing guide pipe cage clamping. The method comprises the following construction steps that 1) a guide pipe is manufactured, and an annular protrusion is arranged on a guide pipe trunk section; 2) a pile hole is rotatably excavated, and a reinforcement cage is put down; 3) the guide pipe is connected, and a lengthened guide pipe set is formed; 4) the lengthened guide pipe set is put down to the designed elevation; 5) concrete is poured to the set elevation; and 6) the lengthened guide pipe set is lifted, and the guide pipe is dismounted. Through the above steps, when the lengthened guide pipe set is put down and lifted in the reinforcement cage, due to the fact that the outer diameter of the annular protrusion is larger than the diameter of connecting screw threads at the two ends of the guide pipe; and when the center axis of the lengthened guide pipe set deviates from the center axis of the pile hole, the part of the annular protrusion makes contact with the reinforcement cage in advance, the connecting screw threads at the two ends of the guide pipe can be effectively prevented from making contact with the reinforcement cage, scratching between the connecting screw threads and the reinforcement cage is avoided, and therefore the cage clamping accident is effectively avoided.
