The invention discloses a pipe gallery construction method for an upper-span subway passage. The pipe gallery construction method comprises the steps that pile foundation construction comprises construction of a cast-in-place pile and a water stop pile; 28 days after pile body concrete pouring is completed, ultrasonic wave and strength detection is conducted, and after qualification, pile head breaking, leveling layer construction, waterproof construction and cushion layer construction are started; and after cushion layer pouring is completed, concrete of a bearing platform and a pipe gallery bottom plate is poured at the same time finally, and accordingly pipe gallery construction of the upper-span subway passage is completed. According to the pipe gallery construction method, the form of the cast-in-place pile and the water stop pile is adopted, the bearing platform and the pipe gallery bottom plate are poured at the same time, and accordingly the purpose of constructing a pipe gallery of the upper-span subway passage is achieved. Construction is convenient, meanwhile, the bearing platform and the pipe gallery bottom plate form a whole, and the influence of uneven settlement on the pipe gallery body structure is reduced as much as possible.
本发明是一种上跨地铁通道的管廊施工方法;包括桩基施工包括灌注桩和止水桩施工;桩身混凝土浇筑完毕后28天,进行超声波及强度检测,合格后开始破除桩头、找平层施工、防水施工、垫层施工;垫层浇筑完毕后最终将承台与管廊底板的混凝土同时浇筑,以完成上跨地铁通道的管廊施工。本发明通过采用灌注桩加止水桩的形式,将承台与管廊底板同时浇筑,以达到施工上跨地铁通道的管廊的目的。不仅施工方便,同时将承台与管廊底板形成一个整体,尽可能的减少了由于不均匀沉降给管廊主体结构带来的影响。
